| Bob chose a difficult course of study at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, pursuing a mechanical engineering and earing a bachelor's degree in that field. Challenged to maximize his potential, he entered the Navy's postgraduate school in Monterey, California, where he garnered a master's in satellite-focused space systems operations. Upon retiring from the Navy in the early 90's, Bob launched into a career as a commercial pilot for a major carrier. On a personal note, he delights in spending time with his wife, Yolanda, and in watching son Austin and daughter, Jessica "grow and mature." |
